Revenue Analytics for AdMob

Privacy Policy

Overview

Revenue Analytics for AdMob ("the app") is an independent app made by Balwinder Singh. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or AdMob. This policy explains what data the app accesses, why, how ads in the free version work, and how you can delete your data.

What we access

With your permission, the app connects to your AdMob account through Google’s official AdMob API with read-only access. It reads your publisher ID, account currency and reporting time zone, the names of your apps and ad units, and reporting metrics such as estimated earnings, impressions, ad requests, matched requests and clicks.

We also store the name, email address and profile picture link of the Google account you connect, so you can see which account is linked.

The app cannot change your AdMob settings, ad units or payments.

Why we access it

Only to show you your own revenue and performance, calculate comparisons, and generate the alerts you turn on. We do not sell your AdMob account data, use it for advertising, or share it with other AdMob publishers or with advertisers.

Ads in the free version

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. The one-time Pro purchase removes them.

To show and measure ads, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK collects data from your device, such as your IP address (which gives an approximate location), your device’s advertising identifier, device and app information, how you interact with ads, and diagnostics. Google and its advertising partners may use this to show personalised ads and to limit fraud. See “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

On iOS the app asks for permission before your device’s advertising identifier is used to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not based on that tracking. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before any ads are requested.

The ads never use your AdMob account data: that data is not shared with the ad software.

App analytics

To understand how the app is used and to find and fix errors, the app sends usage data to PostHog: which screens you open, actions such as connecting an account or starting a purchase, error reports, your app version, device model, operating system and language, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

This data is tied to a random account identifier, not to your name or email. Your AdMob data (earnings, app and ad unit names, publisher ID) is never included. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with advertisers.

How we store and protect it

Report data is stored on our backend so the app loads quickly and works when the API is slow. Your Google authorization (refresh token) is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage, is never sent to the app on your phone, and is never logged.

Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Third parties

Google (AdMob API and Google sign-in) provides the data. Supabase hosts our database and backend functions.

Google AdMob serves the ads in the free version and receives the device data described above.

RevenueCat, with Apple’s App Store or Google Play, processes the Pro purchase. It receives your purchase status and an account identifier, not your payment details.

PostHog processes the usage data and error reports described under “App analytics”.

Expo’s push service and Cloudflare deliver the alerts you turn on. They receive your device’s push token and the text of the alert.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The app’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting your data

Profile → Disconnect AdMob revokes the app’s access to your Google account and permanently deletes your synced report data and stored authorization. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

To request deletion of any remaining data, contact developer.yxe@gmail.com.

Children

The app is intended for app publishers and is not directed to children.

Changes and contact
